When would the average agent CASH OUT a slot machine?

You stick in $100 and you get up to $200, $500, $2000 - when would the average agent cash out? Getting up to $500 is 5X (500% ROI) is that high enough?

Reasonable long term ROI is essential. You can have VERY HIGH ROI if you are selling in limited quantities, in volume this becomes another set of number and unrealistic to get the same ROI.

That being said you should start slow within your means and increase budget as your skills improve. If you are new and you throw $2000 week, you are likely wasting money until you get all of your skills and processes to speed.

Grow over time - set benchmarks to measure and grow upon.

Ah yes I do agree except that "start slow" brings us to a crossroads. Starting slow yields an extremely small sample of leads - and even with amazing lead sources you can get a string of bad leads. That is just the law of numbers.

TXINSURANCE - great point but just remember (if you are new to the lead purchasing biz) if you start low you receive only a small amount of leads and with the "law of large numbers" hanging over all of our heads, it truly is hard to gauge the reputability of any lead source, sampling 10 leads. Our Catch-22!!

TIP: If there is a "in a nutshell" tip that I can provide, it is this. Use the search feature on this forum to see what others are saying about lead sources, BUT (a BIG caution) ... If someone says that do not like a lead source, ask them how many leads they purchased/sampled before coming to that conclusion. Every GREAT car manufacturer / housing developer / 5 star resort can have a bad day (producing a lemon).

And lastly, if an agent found an amazing lead source, let's be honest, (they won't share it). HA - people talk about how they get screwed, all of the time ... but very few people will take the time to write accolades about a lead source they do NOT want to share! LOL.
