You didn't answer the phone. A real person calls you based on your request, you don't answer, and instead of leaving a 45 sec VM, they just push a button and drop the vm.

If you're making 100s of calls a day, it saves a lot of time.

Meaning... hang up on that VM crap. Obviously the law of large numbers apply and yes you will get bites that way.

The people that I know who use VM drops us it as a touch so the next time they call, it is warmer.

The average agent doesn't need this unless they are pounding phones, and then it becomes very useful.

These aren't pikers...they're guys writing a lot of business.
