I've called them 3 times and they said no. It's such bs. They mail to me and I have to mail out. So who do I talk to to get it changed?
I hate to say it but this is where your IMO should step in. In all honesty, why would you want Trans to mail the policy to the client? When we get the policies we go over them, Add our Refrigerator Business Card Magnets, and place our WARNING in the front of the Policy.

This is something that my wife and I have changed a few times over the past couple of years. The 360 Guys that are on our "DINGER" Like JGalt, Bboman, dcd3funeral, and Spurcity have all helped me with stuff like this.
