Thanx guys for all the kudos...Ive learned (learning) a lot from this forum & my agency.

Only this is Im told UHL isnt really approved after the PHI, they still do some additional underwriting....its my 1st UHL exp, so cross ya fingers!

Nice job TDF...you are correct though on UHL, don't count on anything from them until it's issued, especially on a case that went sideways a couple of places. Way to hang in there.
