LH Recruiting Practices

Just a little tidbit for newer agents.
I have been licensed for over two years. During that time I have gotten at least a half dozen recruiting offers from Lincoln Heritage.
My wife has been licensed for over twenty years. During this same time frame, and even for the past eight years we've lived together, she had gotten zero.

Why is that????????? My guess is they figure if she has made it this long and not fallen into their trap, she ain't dumb enough to. But me, maybe I am just some dummy they can pimp out.

LH wants someone who doesn't know anything and green. They do not want experienced agents because they know they can get renewals and higher FYC with other companies with competitive products.

While I am not in favor of Lincoln Heritage...

Many agencies and agency managers prefer and actively recruit relatively-new agents, as they have little-to-no bad habits and predispositions.
