"LBL final expense underwriting is not changing , however we have revised the question battery to line up with underwriting decisions ".

Huh ?

So yesterday, found out the hard way that kidney disease is now modified.

What else has changed ?

This company has no agent guide.

When you call them and press 2 for UW,you get agent support, not an UW.

Lots of "find out later" with LBL.

They will not let you speak directly with UW.

Agent unfriendly. Business prevention department.

How come ?
Gave me a headache reading that

My friend got hit with 6-7 modified and stopped using them . But a lot of people still use for telesales .To be honest the easiest carriers are am am and rna and then if you don't mind a phone interview Trinity .For almost GI gtl very easy app. I've had many prosperity go to graded so I pulled back on them plus there customer service is atrocious . Only use them for de .

RNA's tele-app is pretty decent overall, but there's still room for improvement.

For one, the entire process from a to z is still too long (around 25 to 27 minutes), and it's not ideal for situations where the payor is someone other (parent, grandparent, sibling etc.) than the proposed insured.

The latter point, also holds true for their e-app.

In both instances, If you want to use them for this type of scenario, your only recourse is to submit a paper application; in which case, you then have to wait around 2 days for them to input the app. into their system, and then another day or two for them to contact your client to conduct a phone interview.

It seems like the application process has regressed instead of progressed. The process should get easier as time goes on, not harder.

:arghh:
