never met their management who appointed me. Their customer service is horrendous. 1st and only call trying to help our customer. 12 transfers spanning well over an hour with no fix...when asked by Greg Matthews, their underwriter, who did I speak with that kept transferring me. I said, I asked her name, she wouldn't give it. All I know it was a black woman's voice. Fired 8 days later for racism?!
