"Alliance" usually means MLM.
No corporate address on the website. TOS and Privacy Policy do not exist. Seems to be a basement startup. If you are new, I would suggest talking to some people in this forum and poke their brains for a while. Lots of great people here. Don't rush and "join". I don't "join" anything.

What are you looking for? I suppose that's the question that I am going to ask you first. Secondly, what is your experience?
