I am trying to get into the P&C field. I have decided that I want to work for someone for a year or so to learn the business before going independent. But it seems easier said than done.
As a life agent for two years I have never seen a shortage of positions and opportunities for Life and Health agents. The job listings are flooded with postions for L&H.
So why can't I find anyone that is looking for a P&C agent?
Do P&C agents normally get salary? I am fine working on commissions alone, should I be upfront and let the agency know that?
