I'm just getting back into the business. With that said, I know many agents on here dislike LH, but I read a post where Obi wan kenobi said that there are multiple organizations within LH that consistently hand out 100% contracts. Can someone point me in the right directions to get such a contract with LH? I would pm Obi wan kenobi but I'm new to the forum and can't pm yet. Thanks

BTW.... I'm in Connecticut.

Are you sure you don't want a 50% LH contract? Because I could point out about 30 different places where you could find that...
:1laugh:

Well I can see Paige said that she started at 80% and increasing to 85% next month.

I don't know who that is, but you can get better contracts with cheaper leads by going with a place like EFES. At least then you'd have a chance at making a living this time around. Or, go indy and get even better contracts and make your own leads.

That ^^ still sucks!! But hey, have at it man!!

Yeah I know, that's why I'm looking for the 100 I read about

Well I just wanna get back in the game and start closing business. From what I understand they pay very fast and most their apps are approved. Thats very important to me at this time.

You can get 100% anywhere if you send them enough business. I'm not sure who to contact out there but if you call into the home office in Phoenix they can point you to someone. You just have to ask what they need to put you on a 100%.

If you have experience and proof of production it would help a lot. If you are not going to be doing a lot of business it would be easier to get a high contract as an independent.

In my agency we have production requirements for contracts. The more you can produce the higher your contract goes. But all the groups are different.

But if that business doesn't stick how have you helped yourself?

This is exactly the kind of agents they attrack with those promises of lead financing and not taking the chargebacks fully out of advances.

Serves them right.

why are you stuck on LH?

Because they pay fast and they approve most applications. From my research it appears that I can get the fastest start with them. I may be wrong, but thats how I feel at this time.

I don't think I'll have problems with chargebacks. I've sold Primerica policies years ago and they got the most expensive term product and I hardly got any chargebacks. I know how to win people over and build relationships with clients.
