I have not found LH leads to be dependable. they really don't target the best locations. every agent seems to hit these same area's so even when they mail in a reply, they are not motivated. they know another agent will be by tomorrow.
I have not found their business to stay on the books either. I wrote $16k in AP with them. I only received about $4k in advances. everything was a problem. It seemed like everyone was getting paid but me. so I moved on. now they want their advance back although 2/3s of that are now earned as time has passed.
they are not a good company. and they try to captivate you which is not productive for the independent agent.
