Lincoln Heritage Tobacco Definition

1. Charge high rates
2. Pay low commissions
3. Screw low paid agents out of their renewals when they inevitably leave in six months
4. Never, ever pay a contestable claim
5. Profit

LH doesn't pay "low" commission... The writing agents might be at a low rate but by the time you get to the top, the commission rate they pay out is about the same as everyone else. LH also doesn't keep the agents renewals. They are paid to the upline so the company is not benefiting directly from taking the renewals.

You put your phone on speaker when you are sitting with your client and call Lincoln heritage and speak to their underwriting department and ask them that very question. Then when they say that they consider that smoking you give them the policy number and say well she was told otherwise what can we do about this?
Great idea. Very well said

LH is SCUM the company always benefits and the agents always lose Managers driving high end cars and living in small mansions off the renewals of hard working agents

BTW from forum posters/postings how does the managers seems to make so much overrides? How are they paid? That type of living is awesome, Private jet, Pimp rides, MB S Class, Bentleys, Executive Mansions, huge 1099s, television showcase and yet the agents at the bottom can barely survive.
