Lincoln just axed one of the bigger telesales agency’s

The loa agency's say that many of those agents that make $50-$75k doing $40k a month gross at 30-45% comp would have never made it in the business without free leads and no pressure . Not having the pressure of lead costs free'd their mind up and allowed them to produce . That said if you're looking for a 9-5 job and still being on the hamster wheel that's an ok gig. But if you ever want to be off the grind you must make 120% or more and keep your renewals .

They are probably right that those agents wouldn't make it independent. And they aren't going to make it there either.

I think that's the rub. My guess is, with the work from home craze, there are a lot of "job" oriented people basically becoming leads for these LOA guys. They aren't people with real interest in investing in a business, etc.

When there are enough incoming leads for something, people are gonna jump on it and monetize those leads.

If they do make it, they're gonna leave. There just aren't people who become confident in their sales ability and stay OK with $75-$100k.
I would bet there's none making that.

$500K issued paid to make $100K?

$10K per week issued paid. Not written. That would almost impossible too. Issued paid? No way!!

Maybe one time? Every week for a year?

Let's see if anyone is bold enough to make that lie.

Consistently there's few few few telesales agents having $10k each week drafting on the issue date . I have no doubt overall 12 month persistency in most telesales shops is 65-70% overall .

Well, yeah, that's not happening. I'm assuming there are commission levels with his agency above 20% when I say that.
