My client must be reading her letter from Wellcare wrong. It says there that the subsidy for In/Ky is $33.95. She thinks her letter is telling her that she will have to pay $24/mo premium. The total premium is $38/mo without being an LIS. Looks to me like she would pay $4/mo.
Does anyone know what the co-pays will be in '09 for the LIS?
