FEX is captive. Aren't they?

Did it work

JD? Newby?

None of the ones you listed are completely captive. You can pick up a contract from any of these places without having to go captive. (I don't know AIL that much, so I could be wrong about them).

I thought Bankers life and casualty you had to.

I think they're captive(I could be wrong), but they were allowing their agents to sell for a few companies that weren't Conseco a couple of years ago. I verified it with Oxford that Bankers agents could sell Oxford Med Supps. I'm not sure why they didn't seem to sell much of it with Oxford's lower rates. Maybe the agents had to run it through Bankers and by the time Bankers took their cut, they the agents) thought that it wasn't worth it.

Well their med supps have been gone for a while. But with their FE I know you have to work with them to sell it but yeah maybe they can offer other FE products but I haven't seen it that way in FL

Bankers are captive but they are sometimes given other specific products to sell that are not Bankers products. The agents can not just go select a product of their choice to sell though.

This is all about FE. Can they sell other FE?
