Listshack Pro website issues

Josh, I hope life gets better for you.

Your answers all seem to be he, her's and their fault. As I recall you had posted on Facebook about that time then went dark when someone asked you about the people having money taken with nothing in return. If you were able to communicate and do business with Wyatt you could have communicated with your loyal customer base. How has the conversation gone with those customers lately?
If your wife was able to spend $500,000.00 on an attorney it seems you could have sent these guys their 50 bucks.

Reviving his thread was a mistake in my opinion.

I really appreciate that. It is getting better. Being able to come here and deal with things has been something I have been looking forward to.

If anyone still hasn't received a refund and wants one, the only person that can help with that is Wyatt. Wyatt refuses to return the accounts that allow me and other staff to provide refunds so, unfortunately, until Wyatt returns the accounts, the only other option I'm aware of is filing a dispute with the credit card company. I realize that's a pain, but I don't have control over what Wyatt does. The business he's been taking the money to is Lord Abbey, LLC.

Why are you bothering to respond on this forum if you are just going to pass the buck to Wyatt?

I launched ListShack.com on February 11, 2014. The next year on the same day my daughter was born. I actually have ListShack tattooed on my left shoulder because it's something I'm very proud of. In 2016 I received offers for my business, one of them was for $5 million. Wyatt, when given access to every resource I've acquired, moved forward with a plan that involved him claiming he started up ListShack an he has lied publicly about it's revenues. Wyatt's actions not only bring shame to my business, but have drastically impacted my income. I have a little girl who has had four brain surgeries before she turned two and it is likely she'll never be able to develop mentally enough to ever provide for herself. So long after my ex-wife and I are dead, my daughter is going to need help that I won't be able to give her. Wyatt, who claimed to be a friend, appears to be trying to use all of my health issues as a pretense for stealing a business I built. At the end of 2019 he told creditors that he didn't believe the business would be able to succeed and that they wouldn't get paid, but he now claims to have taken around $75k from the business. The reason why I'm pointing to Wyatt is because at this point Wyatt is no longer authorized to do anything on my behalf. He is however the only one with access to the aforementioned Stripe account and I do not want anyone on this forum (or anywhere else) thinking that I took their money without giving them a service.

Does that make more sense? Wyatt, as the former CFO appears to be trying to run away with things that don't belong to him.

Honestly, you just sound grumpy. You really don't know what happened. For some reason, another Mr. King with Finalexpense101.com appears to be buying lists from ListShack.support which, at this point, is an unauthorized clone of ListShack.com. So you're here criticizing me, but apparently benefiting at least in some fashion from the same service you are complaining about.

For a period of months I literally told the customer service line (with Answer Connect) to encourage people to file disputes with their credit cards because I couldn't get access to the systems that would let me give them the refund. It sucked for me, it sucked for the business, but it was the best solution for the customer. Wyatt went ahead and undid that. Wyatt took control of the business and made a lot of decisions I wouldn't have. I can't go back in time and change what's happened, but I can change what's happening moving forward.

As of right now we're already bringing customers onto DownloadSalesLeads.com which is a completely knew interface with a new Stripe account that I not only have access to, but I have learned from a lot of the failure points over the last six months. For about five years ListShack had some of the best customer support and uptime you could get from any list provider of any price point. For about three quarters that hasn't been the case, partially because I trusted someone that you feel didn't do a very good job.

Also, I have some serious medical issues, and for around six months I didn't have health insurance and wasn't able to be getting treatment. That's part of why I chose to appoint Wyatt as the CFO and asked for his assistance. That appears to be one of my bigger mistakes.

Okay, let me get just a little clarification here. So, you're saying that we are a customer, but not actually a customer of yours since it not actually going through ListShack.com? Are you saying that Wyatt has created ListShack.support to circumvent ListShack.com? If this is true, how do you know who is a customer of ListShack.support?

This is a bit confusing to say the least.
