It would be great if 'Wyatt' was able to resurrect this company. However, a partner, and I am assuming a junior partner, only has so much sway.
Did he say he was going to cancel future drafts?
Actually, despite my best efforts to stop all of the recurring billing until such a time I could reconnect with the developer I had worked with for over five years, Mr. Grantham kept it going. In fact, he registered listshack.support, created a clone of he site, and then built migration tools to transfer users over to his new system instead of simply paying the developer that worked for me for 5 years.
He also admits to taking around $75k from the business with no intention of returning it. While the website was having issues I advised the answering service to have folks contact their credit card companies for refunds because I was unable to provide them. Wyatt's plan involved him redirecting all of the recurring payments to his company and not to Affordable Marketing Lists, LLC, which owns ListShack.com and all of it's underlying intellectual property.
