Listshack Pro website issues

It would be great if 'Wyatt' was able to resurrect this company. However, a partner, and I am assuming a junior partner, only has so much sway.

Did he say he was going to cancel future drafts?

Actually, despite my best efforts to stop all of the recurring billing until such a time I could reconnect with the developer I had worked with for over five years, Mr. Grantham kept it going. In fact, he registered listshack.support, created a clone of he site, and then built migration tools to transfer users over to his new system instead of simply paying the developer that worked for me for 5 years.

He also admits to taking around $75k from the business with no intention of returning it. While the website was having issues I advised the answering service to have folks contact their credit card companies for refunds because I was unable to provide them. Wyatt's plan involved him redirecting all of the recurring payments to his company and not to Affordable Marketing Lists, LLC, which owns ListShack.com and all of it's underlying intellectual property.

O
Note: I did not have access to my email for approximately two months and prior to that received approximately 200 emails a day. Please don't mistake a lack of a response for a lack of interest in resolution. I physically couldn't have enough hours in a day to reach out to everyone one by one so what I've had to do was resort to grouping common problems and try to redirect things. For example, anyone who is unimpacted by any of the previous issues with Wyatt's involvement in ListShack, just go to listshack.com and then boom, they're at a new site, great deal on leads, and it's like nothing happened. For anyone with an account with Wyatt, they're going to end up somehow back at listshack.support and he'll be able to handle the parts of the projects he's been working on. And now that I'm down to getting less than 20 emails a day, I've actually been able to gain on some things.

This has gone on way longer than 2 months. Besides that, you probably did have access to the internet and you could have come on here to try and sort it all out. Since you're a long standing member of the forum we could have done what we could have to help you out.

However, there was nothing. Not one word. I reached out to you almost 4 months ago about this and you showed no interest in trying to get this straight. Sorry Josh, I'm not buying it.

Let me ask you this, Wyatt came onto this insurance forum and purported to me that he had handled all of the customer service and refunds properly. Are you saying that Wyatt is a liar?

This thread was started on August 5th, 2019. Wyatt didn't even come on here until like the 15th of October. So there is over 2 months there that people tried to get the lists they paid for or get a return. As you can read in some of the comments, it still took quite a while for anyone to start seeing refunds. By the looks of it, I wouldn't doubt one bit if some didn't get a refund nor lists.

So, yeah....he didn't take care of things on a timely basis. If that is calling him a liar, then so be it....he's a liar.

Either way...here it is, 7 months after all of this started and you finally show up. I just can't even fathom any situation that would have kept you from talking to anyone about this for 7 months unless you were incarcerated, incapacitated, or just didn't give a crap. It doesn't sound like you were incapacitated, so that narrows it down to two things. So maybe there was some truth about you being arrested. If not, then I'll just say it looks like you just didn't care.

It may help all the effected to know what all those efforts were.

A good example would be the Stripe account. I had been unable to do my two factor authentication on the Stripe account that handled the billing for LSP. As soon as 9/13/2019 Wyatt was appointed as the CFO to help with that and some other banking issues I was having with Wells Fargo. Since then, Wyatt has apparently removed about $75k from the Stripe account to his company, Lord Abbey, LLC, and not the company on the Stripe account, Affordable Marketing Lists, LLC. This has been reported to the Fairfax County, VA police as suspected embezzlement and I believe they are currently investigating it.

My understanding is that with respect to ListShack.com, ListShackPro.com, and ListShack.support, all of the revenues from those during the periods for which the service issues existed has been directed to Wyatt Grantham of Lord Abbey, LLC. I would love nothing more than to find out this was all a big misunderstanding, but as of right now, my best advise to "those effected" has already been broadcasted elsewhere and I'll repeat it here:

If you have any account issues with a ListShack.com, ListShackPro.com, or ListShack.Support account up until around a week ago, the best course of action is to reach out to [email protected] as he is literally the only one that can provide refunds/support/etc on the software he created to bypass mine. As of right now, ListShack.com and ListShackPro.com redirect to DownloadSalesLeads.com, which is the temporary new home of ListShack until we can do the relaunch. A part of that is getting Wyatt to cease and desist from his actions with ListShack.support.

The whole reason why traffic went to listshack.support in the first place is because Wyatt, claiming to be my friend and offering to help, was provided a temporary password for my personal email address which he used to redirect traffic from listshack.com and listshackpro.com to listshack.support.

Honestly, you just sound grumpy. You really don't know what happened. For some reason, another Mr. King with Finalexpense101.com appears to be buying lists from ListShack.support which, at this point, is an unauthorized clone of ListShack.com. So you're here criticizing me, but apparently benefiting at least in some fashion from the same service you are complaining about.

For a period of months I literally told the customer service line (with Answer Connect) to encourage people to file disputes with their credit cards because I couldn't get access to the systems that would let me give them the refund. It sucked for me, it sucked for the business, but it was the best solution for the customer. Wyatt went ahead and undid that. Wyatt took control of the business and made a lot of decisions I wouldn't have. I can't go back in time and change what's happened, but I can change what's happening moving forward.

As of right now we're already bringing customers onto DownloadSalesLeads.com which is a completely knew interface with a new Stripe account that I not only have access to, but I have learned from a lot of the failure points over the last six months. For about five years ListShack had some of the best customer support and uptime you could get from any list provider of any price point. For about three quarters that hasn't been the case, partially because I trusted someone that you feel didn't do a very good job.

Also, I have some serious medical issues, and for around six months I didn't have health insurance and wasn't able to be getting treatment. That's part of why I chose to appoint Wyatt as the CFO and asked for his assistance. That appears to be one of my bigger mistakes.
