Just got a call from the Missouri Attorney General's Office. They advised me that listshack, listshackpro nor it's owner, Josh, has responded to multiple requests from the state of Missouri. She also stated all his mail had come back as non deliverable to the address he has on his website as well as the state's Secretary of State's webiste where he resides (Virginia).
It's fair to gather from my conversation with them that Josh/ListShack will soon be the subject of a criminal investigation etc..
The AG's office also has stated that she got a phone call from someone purporting to be the corporate attorney of Listshack and was told that the clients can deal with their own cancellations of credit cards.
So folks, Listshack as is, is being run as a fraudulent outfit with no intention of refunding anyone their money. You will need to call your credit card companies and dispute all the charges. If you would like my documentation from the Missouri AG's office to back up your claim please PM me and I can get that to you within the next few weeks.

He's posted on Facebook since this. Has read messages and has hired an after hours call center to take messages he doesn't intend on returning.
The state is attempting to have his site shutdown through the internet crimes division.

I've tried calling a few differnt numbers and they are just disconnected. I can still log on to his site although its unsecure.
Looked at my bank statement and there is a number listed on the transaction but it's for his merchant account with Stripe . I called that number and nobody willl answer it just asked to leave a message with them. I guess I will have to break down and cancel my card because my bank wont stop the payment just close the card and issue a new one.
