Live Appointment Setting Session

Josh,

I listened to to your live call. I have a couple questions if you are inclined.

Once the prospect agrees to the time, you are quick to get of the phone. Seems most other scripting has you lock up the appointment time, ask them to get paper and write it down, color of house, etc to solidify that they will be home. Any reason for the difference in approach? Do you find it makes any difference to no show rates?
