The website is not clear like the competitors and it is difficult to find info for potential agents looking to sign up with your company. Perhaps you should share this info with your superiors. I would like to find out more info but don't know who to contact.

Hi,
I am a newly licensed P&C and Life Agent in Northern CA and looking for an independent broker to work for.
Farmers is waiting for me to commit myself to them, however, I feel the need to look for other opportunities.
Can anybody provide recommendations? Or should I just start my career with farmers?
