Also, are you asking for 1-3m or 1m down to 300k? How long do you want it to last?

You can quote a range based on the need. Anyone can do a comprehensive quote if given medical history but since this is on an open forum, I'm going to guess that won't happen.
It's just an agent asking for a guesstimate of best carriers for himself, not a client/prospect.
