I'm about to interview my first csr for my agency, what are the key questions you guys ask?
Can i give him any commission to motivate him?
Don't want my employees to be lazy lol.

How many beers did you drink for breakfast? (Yes, I had someone actually answer "2").

Are you married? (If it's a guy, and the answer is "yes", hire him....he'll work more for you versus being stuck at home with the nagging wife)

Do you have a girlfriend? (If yes, don't hire him, unless you want him texting (or sexting) his girlfriend all day....however, hire her instead...
