All I needed to read. Any way one of the moderators can get this person a list of all the Real Estate Agents who have posted on this forum? That way this person won't need to waste our time, and can partner up with the others.

The PIA and American Agents Alliance have programs to help you get direct appointments. I don't see the upside for an agency to put time and energy into a green agent that wants to learn on their dime (loss ratios and E&O) with plans on leaving as soon as he figures things out and can be profitable. $20-30k wouldnt be worth it for already successful agencies because of the hand holding involved.
