looking for high-level Medicare trainer

What are you offering? Training is easy… support is a different topic


We recently established a company in the insurance space with two arms: one call center producing mainly ACA/D-SNP (we have a lead source through our retail business) and another in the Medicare space with 62 Walmart locations and we’ll be onboarding about 200 agents to staff the Walmart locations for AEP and beyond.

We are hiring mostly retail reps and getting them licensed so we'll need alot of training.

That’s an awfully short ramp to get all of that going by AEP. Have you considered hiring agents with more experience?

We definitely will. We are long-time retailers, so the plan is to have a mix of our retail teams that will get licensed and trained + hire already experienced Medicare agents and provide them with the same level of support we offer our retail teams.

We are also providing ALL agents with a min $30/hr guarantee.

$750 k a yr I’ll do it . I’m one of the top dsnp agents in the country . You got to make it worth my time . Training agents to retain dsnp a hell of a lot different than having 60% 12 month persistency in a call center . Business doesn’t stick you make squat after exp’s
