Looking for Oxford

Reality is talking about commissions publicly is not a good business decision, it's being done to attract agents, I get that, but you end up screwing yourself.

Why?

An agent gets street level after being screwed, then random FMO talks about street being soooo awesome and then another agent or FMO says "wait just a minute I can get 10-20% over street all day long.

Then agent at street feels screwed again, and either bails or start negotiations, and the FMO looses money.

It's not hard at all to get above street, so if things are left un-said as they should them at the end of the day everyone is happy and making money.

Again I am talking about street level not F you level.

This discussion you are referring to involves "agent vs agency..." We speak in facts and reality, where the other guy does not.

Not comedy relief at all. You just have to know where to place contracts,,, I know its hard for you to realize that othet imos offer better contracts. Just like its hard for you to realize FE can be sold outside of face to face sales. Sometimes there are 2 ways to skin a cat. Only comedy relief I see is an imo who spends all day recruiting on forums The sucessful groups dont need to recruit

All I see is comedy relief. You pitch contract levels but you never seem to be signing the agents up. You don't even tell where these great levels are. Teach us the secret handshake. Where do we go, what are the companies, and what is the commission levels? Shouldn't be a secret. Honest agencies are transparent.

I'll give you a challenge. Name one agency that has every agent contracted at higher levels than ours. No agent left behind. We all have superstars at huge levels. But show me one agency that has every single agent at a higher level than our street levels. I think you are all talk but I'll publicly apologize if you can prove me wrong.

You'd be surprised how much telesales I do. And I don't think your version of success would impress me much.

Good for comedy here and there though.

In all honesty, Gerber caps commission at 60% on Personal production, Higher contracts are for recruiters only with no personal production...... That is a Gerber policy, because it is a New York Thing...

Now Pat. None of that I am a recruiter doubletalk. If Matt says he's passing out 80% Gerber contract every agent who are you to question him on it? We have to assume that Matt Schmidt is a truthful person.

Is that like the mob "our thing"

Or the Chicago way lol

You can get higher than 60% on gerber as an agent but you do get an agency #.As far as Matt goes I think he's a Bser. He offered a friend of mine big contracts and never sent him the paper work. My friend called him out and he disappeared.
