Is this in reference to commercial policies?

My motto on commercial is never use my letterhead unless I generated the letter.

Yes commercial policy, i need a signed no known loss and fraud statement that is generated from my AMS.

It has my letter head then under

Insured Name:
Insured Location:

No loss statement here

Insured signature/Date

I generated the letter for them because they must of them do not come out with a printer haha and they dont really have an office and no clue how to use word.

When i meet the contractors, i bring all the forms and letters i need under my letter head so that i can just bind when i get to the office. (I used to ask them to fax me over a never do it)

But lately, i was wondering if under my own letter head is ok, or it should be from their company.
