Louisiana BCBS Returning Aids Checks.

That article had me laughing.
"Starting on October 1, AIDS advocates and others in Louisiana "were enrolling anyone and everyone we could" through the Obamacare exchange..."
What did they think would happen? I imagine the same thing happened everywhere. People willing to deal with that bad website are the ones who seriously needed it. AIDS/Cancer/other chronic "pre-ex" clients are the ones lining up willing to be guinea pigs for this program.

What I'm wondering is this? What are those quasi-government groups going to do with all the money they have left over now that they don't have to pay for all those drugs and treatments ect.? Are they going to send the tax-payers a rebate check?
