Low Producing Month....

Anyone else have a low producing month? Not just individuals but as an entire office?

My boss has been such a gigantic prick this past week and just because we had a crappy month. Ive worked my butt off and stayed on the phones but have hardly even had anyone take apps.

Just curious as to how everyone did this month...

I've had the best month I have had as a captive agent so far. A lot of it was work put in from a few weeks ago. Maybe in a few weeks the hard work will pay off.

Try to get some more warm leads going. Either purchase or start asking for some referrals.

Only a matter of time before you fill em. My February and march were pretty much crap last year however this year they are my best 2 months to date

Yeah hes not doing his job if hes got you so worried your running to the forum to seek help. I think your office may be doing bad because there is a lack of leadership. Attitude is huge in any sales based field.
