I called Mallory in Lou Barber's (my IMO) Office to report some items that were not on the website's ordering page. She emailed me at 10:47 that she had notified the HO. At 11:10, she emailed me that the problem was taken care of and the site had been updated with the missing forms added. This is typical of the service I have received from them over the years. Mallory is probably one of the most efficient, dedicated workers I know of.
