If you don't think newbies to the forum can't learn from older posts. I would disagree. I may be new as a member, but I have read posts from these forums for a number of years. If you or anyone think i am coming across as a know it all, I apologize. If someone can show me I am wrong, be patient with this old man. I am never too proud to admit my errors, and I appreciate the feedback.

I am just beginning the certifications for 2014. I can't wait to see what we can't do this year that we could do last year. Point is...every year CMS tightens up on agents. In 2007 they may have been hanging around the Senior Centers "jumping people" as they walked in but they aren't now(legally anyway) New agents are sometimes hired and not trained in ethics or knowledge but CMS does lay it out for them and like JD just said....they sign off on it.
