Medicare express vs. Leadstar

Has anyone tried both leadstars set appoint leads and Medicare express'? I'm trying to see if leadstar may be a better choice due to much of the bunk I'm getting from Medicare express.

Anthem won't reimburse agents marketing money using Medicare express . It's obviously bs outfit

I didn't know that, I have Pinnacle but after 2k given to the 6 apps went through with only 4 enrollments. I paid for 20 but if they cancel through chat before the appt. They refuse to credit the money back to your account or lie and say "that's 14 days or more ago they can't do anything about that. I have a person who is my account manager through them so if he's out of the office everytime I call I just lose money. Also now they claim the beneficiary has to call in to them to cancel, not just reply in the group chat (which they read) they find every excuse to keep your money for appointments that never happened. Just, I'd say 2 months ago, canceling in chat debited your account back, so if they forget to fix your ledger they just keep your money.

Also they haven't given me any leads in over a week with money left in my ledger and when I call my account rep it's straight to vm now, I'll see if I get any response tomorrow, but things bad with them already they've just gone down hill more, very recently.

I will say this on Med Express:

Depending on your area, the area may already be saturated with other agents using ME

Secondly, being that its OEP its rare to get a lead from them. Maybe a few crumbs but could be already being snagged up by other agents

Yeah I definitely feel like I'm getting crumbs and telemarketed junk.....I've had 3 cancel before I could even view their quiz but ME still wants to charge me for some of them even though the beneficiary wrote in the chat to cancel the meeting. I'm not with Amerilife so I'm not getting top quality from them. I live right by amerilife headquarters

You sir, are not lying! I had an appointment that was a no show (bad address-street address of an apt complex, no apt number), that answered in the chat/text they wouldn't be available, and the rep rescheduled it for Christmas Day! I hadn't logged into Medicare Express in a bit so when I did log in and notice that obviously bogus appointment, they wouldn't give me my money back.

That was perhaps the most egregious, but of the 20 appointments I ran, only 3 appointments were had, with only one being a legit lead, and two being absolute batshit out of their minds. One lady CLEARLY didn't make her own financial decisions, and the other was clearly was on hard drugs and alcohol at the time.

It was rough. I think I just left like $200 in the account....got tired of chasing my own money.
