Medicare Plan Finder Issues

Hey, anyone else having fits bringing up clients' Medicare information on the medicare.gov Plan Finder?

I have tried several times today with absolutely correct information, and keep getting the dreaded "No record found" in red.

What the heck?

If you call 1-800-MEDICAR they refer you to another phone number, where they tell you to go back to the first number.

I have not tried it today but a buddy of mine told me he looked up four people and he got the same thing.

Which part of the look up? The "Check Your Enrollment" section just worked for me.
