Medicares War on Independence Agents

So with Brooks gone will any of this go in affect ? I mean oz won't be in office until mid Feb at the earliest . Things for 2026 are already in motion. I think what so many agents are missing is even if things get better and carriers make more money there investing in things that cut the agent out .

This is just a proposal.

Any executive investing in things that cut agents out is an absolute id-iot who is not qualified to be an executive, and the boards of directors would be wise to remove and neuter these folks.

These are short-term thinkers who are sheep that are hopping on trends and blindly following. People want to deal with local trustworthy people.

They don't want to deal with chatbots, call centers, strangers over the phone, or anything else that's similar. Mark my words, the companies that are doing this will suffer the most, due to simple human nature.

Just look at other areas of society that are investing heavily in ai, anything electric, and I guess you could say "super futuristic computerized/digitized." People don't want it and are rejecting it en masse.

Point blank, this stuff is being forced upon people and the people don't like that. They simply don't want it. The only thing that generates way more clients, and actually retains them, is personal trustworthy relations on a local level. Period.

It's easy to leave a policy that was secured by a machine or a person on a random phone who lives 5,000 miles away in an another country. It's not easy to leave your insurance broker/advisor that you have a close personal/professional relationship with and trust, and is like family to you.

And to answer your question, this was Chiquita (bananas behavior's) dying last "eff you" to the agents. She has no power anymore and it's just her way of trying to get the last word. This woman is absolutely irrelevant and will be gone in a few months.

Then what will happen is President Trump, Dr. Oz, and many other actual intelligent adults with brains will look at this rule, along with every other moronic rule she's passed through (like call recording, 48 hour rule, designating agents as "Third Party Marketing Organizations").......laugh heavily, and scrap them all, in my opinion.
