I didn't bother setting up a block of rooms because that time of year it's uber cheap to make a reservation yourself. And many times if you add the room to a flight it's even better.
I suspect most people will be somewhere between Paris/Ballys/Flamingo/Caesars - all basically on the corner of LV Blvd (Strip) and Flamingo. But transportation is easy regardless of where you stay.
We did this last year we all just shared cell phone numbers. There was no issue getting together.
If you are a golfer, there is nothing like playing 18 holes in 115 degrees. Just make sure you keep hydrated - preferably with cold beer.

More than likely Caesars for me...if Bellagio makes me a bettet offer I'll stay there, but MGM has gotten pretty tight on their RFB packages in the last couple of years.

So many great spots it's hard to pick one to stay at. I do know the Orleans (where the Sat. meeting is?) has an Irish Pub so the Guiness will be flowing, I'm sure.

Let me clarify---I wasn't suggesting staying at the Orleans. I was merely noting that, since the meeting is there on Saturday, it does have an Irish Pub.

Lmao...gotcha...Rio has a fun irish pub (McFaddens?) as well. I like Caesars because of the restaurants....Guy Savoy, Rao's and the Gordom Ramsay pub is pretty good as well! The pussycat lounge isn't a bad place for a couple of drinks either.
If anyone is a gambler(a real gambler, no $10 table stuff) and doesn't have a host, pm me and I'll give you my guys number. He happens to be my neighbor, but if you've gambled at any of his casinos and have a card, he can usually hook it up.
