It appears to be a site just to gather information, make money on clicks through ads, not really anything of real value for an agent or newbie imho. I believe a high school kid that is studying graphic design and some basic programming could have done better...(imho).

I realize JD you posted this without really checking it out... but I dont really understand what the site is about? Is it a place to gather to discuss to leads... like a blog? do they want to consult? I guess i dont get it

I don't really know what the goal is. He sent it to me yesterday and asked if I would tell people about it. This was the best place I knew to get the info out. I still haven't had time to give it more than a quick look.

It might not be worth a darn? If it's of no value then just don't bother with it.

Like looking at one of those prints on the wall without blinking and you see a subliminal image. There may be value here, but I don't see it and too hard to find.
