Looking to see if anyone uses a web site or some other tool to track if your client (a small employer) has met the minimum participation requirement. Thanks!
 
You could do it with an on-line system that integrates HRIS, enrollment and benefits administration. There are a variety of vendors that you could choose from, and it's not that difficult to build. Big issue is really the cost.
