That's why I repsonded with "I'll believe it when I see it", earlier.
The ONE company I've been able to get anything real from was CF and he said they are making progress or are finished in most states, but MO is a tough with their requirement that the new be meshed with the old. We may not see a rate decrease in MO at all with the modernized plans if that is true.... nothing like we're seeing in other states. The only savings might be plan N is this state.
Again.. believe it when you see it.
If Kansas sees a rate drop and Missouri does not my marketing efforts will be across the state line for the rest of 2010. I love my Kansas book... I call it Ronco.
