I was giving this some thought... And there would be a circumstance where I would remove a moderator for other than moderator duties and that would be if they were accused of harming a consumer. If that is the case then I would remove them as a moderator while their case was pending.

Let's note that this particular complaint that Chris has is not a consumer oriented complaint but an internal business complaint.
