Monumental Direct Mail Drop

Ok, so I ordered my first 2000 piece drop through Monumental on the last week of December and Finally, last week, 30 days later, on Monday and Tuesday I got back a total of 9 leads. Nothing since then! I have done drops before and this is by far the WORSE return for me... 0.45%

Has anyone else had this issue with Monumental???

Not with Monumental but with everyone here. That's pretty much normal returns here.

I recieved 8 back out of 1000. 1 was blank and another had no phone number.

My IMO for Mon told me this could happen. I use mspm, each mailing is different. The lowest was 15 returned for 1500 mailed.

I see you're in Fl like me, I work down in the South Eastern counties.. Where do you drop?

From what I hear, Monu supported drops are notoriously unresponsive.

I work the panhandle area in Florida and also south Alabama.

It just depends on the area mailed and the criteria that was used, such as age and income. I did a mailing the 27th of December and so far I have received 87 leads back on a 3700 (approx) drop mailing. I use the same lead system as Monumental but I work for Transamerica. So I have about 2.3% return.

I use the same demos and criteria with theleadconnection as I did for the Monumental drop... With Lead Connection I have gotten an average of 1.5%, Monumental 0.45... Hmmm, something is definitely not right here! Well, I already paid for another 2000 piece Monu drop so when I get it all back, I will average the total for the 4000 piece drop and post it here...

The Night and Day results between the 2 mail houses makes no sense so we'll see what happens over the next few weeks...

I have about 2.3% return.

That is pretty strong for DM.
