MOO has a bad rep at my agency for being slow and bad for the agents...but I love them... just wish i was paid more on them....oh yea i could be if i left the agency and went on my own...

Yes, they have been slow. I had an application pending for 20 days and was submitted by e-mail. Their excuse was they never got to it yet. I called my up-line and got them to issue it today!

Same here 27 calendar days about 20 working based on 5 day week. Was issued today.

In defense of MoO I just have nothing-but-good to say about them. My apps are fax'd and I get fast turn arounds. Most of my biz is not easy OE apps and require extra thought at the MoO. Yet, MoO moves em through.
I just wish they would shorten the application, stop the stupid routine 6-12 month premium increases, and end inter-carrier shell games!
