More Uncommisionable MAPD Plans - Blue Cross (Chicago Market)

That would be perfect, then I can ride off into the sunset.

Assuming renewals are still paid. Big "if." If you guys are thinking "Well, I'll be retired in a few years anyway." Yea, hopefully the money will still be there to collect. This is why I keep stressing to fight this like hell, make friends with any and all politicians and C-Suite insurance execs, put pressure on your FMO's, AHIP, NABIP, and HAFA to fight this. This also goes for the supp-only agents. You saw what happened with PDP's. Don't think for a second that you're safe, because you're not. All of this can go away with the stroke of a pen, overnight. We all have to stick together.

Not that easy with a medsupp.

An agent's contract with supps have comm schedules and vesting clauses.

That adds an extra layer of security for supp agents. MA contracts don't have that.

I hear you, rm, but if learned anything in the past 4 years it's that anything is possible. These companies and the government are absolutely soulless. They will find some BS legalese jargon to wiggle out of it if they want.

I remember hearing at one point the Dems were floating a MOOP for regular Medicare. That could finish Medicare Supplement if the contract did not.

Lets hope for the best next week.

They are literally insane and have zero understanding of business, reality, or responsible monetary habits/ideas. That would literally bankrupt the Medicare general fund.
