Municipalities - Who do you write them with?

I am currently receiving a quote from EMC, however my competitor or incumbent has The League of Wisconsin Municipalities. From what I understand, my chances are slim of coming in with a better quote or coverage

Does anyone have any carriers I could checkout for the future, obviously it is a little late in the game now and I didn't think to reach out to the fine people of this forum for advice.
