WHO HAS THE BEST MGMT SYSTEM?

Ezlynx sucks. My current employer uses Nowcerts. I used AMS360 in a prev life and had no complaints.

Having spent time evaluating the options out there I really think one of the key decision criteria is the size of the agency and the mix of policy types.

Small Agencies need something totally different than a 100 person agency.

Mostly Personal Lines vs Mostly Commercial Lines - again vastly different. Raters sort of work with personal lines and commercial lines - not so much. And With all of the non standard markets that we are using right now, much of the AMS system is pretty useless.

2.)If you have specifically used Ezlynx for mgmt system purposes, please rate on a scale from 1-10 (1 being worst, 10 being best) [You might be able to guess what this angry kitty is angry about now]

Only 2yrs the industry but no spring chicken. I haven't used anything but EZ but I'd rate it 5. And I'm pretty much phasing it out all together now the Progressive ASI has stopped right new biz and
