Maybe Ohio is different. Nationwide and Allstate openly pursue veteran agents to work their book of business. Their criteria is demanding, but two guys I work(ed) with are working for them now.

Maybe I should clear one thing up. I was referring to Financial Planning and Life Insurance Sales...not necessary health insurance products.

I think what we're talking about here is an "endorsement letter", or a letter of introduction. Perhaps a "client appreciation event" where you as a guest speaker talk about some of the issues of the day....blah blah blah. I'm sure you get my drift.....
