They are a small church and Church Mutual, who they have had for several years, has told them they only want to insure large churches. Premiums are getting high, they would like to look at other carriers.

Philadelphia insurance co is starting to write small churches. Good coverage to including abuse.

USLI as long as the building is less than 99 years as they only have a two digit field for that question.
