My First FE Appointment...

Focus on "Apptivity," not AP.

The more policies you write, the AP will follow.

Some weeks you'll write 4 policies and get 1500AP; others you'll write 4 policies and get 5000AP.

JD renter's I realize the audience most likely has a income 60k and under, however many senior homeowner;s I worked with had no plans for funeral expense and little if any insurance.but you are out there so I am all ears,

Under $60K? Try under $15K and that's for a couple. Some of theloaded ones have a family income of $25000.

The audience you speak of are not sending in FE reply cards.

The only issue I have with that is most every Reality Show has some type of "love drama" involved at some point.

Not sure if I wanna see any of that with some of our clients??? Kinda like Honey-Boo Boo's mom get'n romantic. Know what I mean?:D:D:D

Really Pawnstars and Storagewars has love drama? The hard part would be getting the prospect sign off on any needed forms without having them getting a fee and totally changing the dynamic.

jd..this makes me wonder whether a household with $20k or less in annual income can afford a FE policy should it be more then $85 per month or $1,020 in ap.I will soon find out if our NY products can bridge this income gap. Thanks again a learning curve.

Imagine them having to pay for a funeral then. $85 is a lot easier to pay.

If they want it they will pay for it and keep it. There's more $25 to $40/mo policies in force for that group than the $80+ per month ones.

I probably haven't been in a more than $20,000 household income home in the last 2 or 3 months from FE mailers.

I did write 3 med sups this past week from referrals from my FE clients and those were a bit higher income places. In every case I was areplacing the med sup they already had. Two of them had already planned their funerals down at the funeral home. I was able to sell one FE policy. It was also a replacement. None of those folks have ever sent in a reply card for FE.

lol...good story. I can just see it happening and you just put a grin on my face...good way to end the day. Thank you. It certainly won't be your last...congrats!

Had my first day field training. The kid I rode with sold 2/ 3, made it look so easy!! Aside from the little baby roaches it was a rush.
I got my first lead back from lead concepts today so I am going there tomorrow..hopefully will see more leads coming in next few days..
