Knocked out a couple more small apps today. No crazies today though. This put me at me at 1032 AP for the week so far. 2 appointments tomorrow. Staying positive! Thanks for all the help from the forum everyone.

Great freshman week,,I will be there soon,,Having said that I have 19 years experience in Reverse mortgage business,so kitchen table visits are my niche.I agree if I only wrote a book on the truly unique experiences especially in NY,, thanks for sharing yours.I have to share one of hundreds if not thousands I have,,so I was around 30 years old go to a 85 year old's home to write a reverse app,he is a vet a true character,thought it would be a kick literally if he surprised me by taking of his prosthetic leg for me,,wow,,that and the numerous cups of bad coffee and stale entemann's cake,,,It is the best classroom ever though so soak it up and enjoy !!

FE is a whole different class of people than you have been dealing with. No reverse mortgages for the FE crowd. They are renters.

JD renter's I realize the audience most likely has a income 60k and under,however many senior homeowner;s I worked with had no plans for funeral expense and little if any insurance.but you are out there so I am all ears,

Thanks! I ended up doing 1461 AP for the week on 4 policies. I live in a smaller city, around 76,000. This week was all Urban. I will be doing both Urban and rural tough.
