HHS is dispensing $201 Million to Navigator entities. They have to make it last 2016, 2017, 2018. Individual Navigators, Counselors, & Assisters are to take additional training and certification courses.

I've never heard a good explanation for how these "Navigators" are even legal under any state's (or DC's) insurance regulatory authority, per the McCarran-Ferguson Act.

I recently had a premonition about this happening at public enrollment events, or
wherever navigators operate. I thought maybe it would happen later in the election cycle, but, early and often now.

Meaningless to me because I don't sell health insurance anymore and I sure don't need no stinking ACA-compliant health insurance policy for myself.
Would you think I was a terrible person if I told you I don't have any coverage?
