Need a Market for Auto Repair Shop Loaner Cars

[Premis]

I have a client that has 4 cars that he loans out to customers, for free, while their car is in the shop. We currently have him with National Indemnity but they are doubling his rates to almost $3,000/car/year at renewal. Does anyone know of any other markets that might look at this?

Risk is in Iowa.

Zurich is the only standard company in California that will do it. I don't know about Iowa. FYI, 50% of my income is repair and body shops, so I know this market well.

Also ARRC will do the cars, but you would have to find another risk for the shop. Prime will also write the whole thing, but they are expensive with a bad reputation of claims payout.
