I am skeptical of client and lead storage systems that are based online. If you are backing up terrestially thats fine. But we have had many lead and technology vendors just wink out of existence one day. Whether you can back up to csv Excel if you leave is little consolation if one day you try to log on and the site is no longer there. Just my 2 sense.
